1. Payment Methods and Authorization
At LiraVera, we strive to provide a secure and seamless shopping experience for our fashion-forward clientele. We currently accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize LiraVera to charge your order total to that method.
2. Payment Processing and Charges
Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. This allows us to initiate our 1-3 business day processing time to prepare your order for shipment.
All transactions are processed in EUR. For customers shopping from the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, or Spain, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. LiraVera is not responsible for these additional bank-issued charges.
3. Billing Disputes and Resolution
We value our relationship with our customers and encourage direct communication to resolve any billing concerns. If you believe there is an error on your statement or an unauthorized charge, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support First: Reach out to us at support@liravera.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our internal support team.
- Information Required: Please provide your order number, the date of the transaction, and a brief description of the discrepancy.
- Investigation: We will investigate all claims within 5 business days and provide a formal response.
4. Order Security and Fraud Prevention
To ensure a safe shopping environment, all orders undergo a security verification process. LiraVera reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or fails our internal security protocols.
We utilize SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your sensitive data during transmission. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
5. Refunds and Credits
In accordance with our 30-day refund period, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your financial statement, depending on your bank's policies.
- Free Shipping is provided on all orders to our supported regions, so no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total unless otherwise specified in a promotional agreement.
