Because we aim to get your skincare essentials to you as quickly as possible, our automated system begins processing orders shortly after they are placed.

  • Standard Cancellation: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Processing Status: Once an order has entered the 1-3 business day processing phase or has been handed over to our shipping carriers, we are unable to cancel the order.

3. Cancellations After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped (typically within 1-3 business days), it cannot be cancelled. However, you are still covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

Once you receive the package, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please do not refuse the delivery, as this may delay your refund process.

4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is successful and confirmed by our team:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
