Order Cancellation Policy

At LiraVera, we strive to process and ship your fashion essentials as quickly as possible. Because our team works efficiently to meet our 1-3 business day processing time, there is a limited window during which an order can be cancelled.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

If you change your mind, you must request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered the processing phase or has been handed over to our shipping partners for delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, or our European destinations, we are unable to stop the shipment.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

When emailing, please include:

  • Body: Your full name and the reason for cancellation.

3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

If your order has already been processed (typically after the first 24 hours) or is already in transit (within our 6-12 business day shipping window), it cannot be cancelled.

In this case, you may return the items once they arrive. Please refer to our 30-day Refund Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return and receive your refund.

4. Refund Process for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window and before processing, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
